Richard Gould - President
President of Gould’s Lawn and Landscape Inc., Richard oversees all operations of his full service Design/Build Landscape and Maintenance Firm which has been serving the Warren, Washington, Essex and Saratoga Counties since his graduation from Paul Smiths College in 1995. Over the past 20 years Richard has developed his niche building naturalized Adirondack living spaces and providing the highest level of service and innovation. His products have been featured in both Adirondack Life Magazine and the Lake George Association’s new letter. Certifications: NYS Licensed Pesticide Applicator, ANSI Certified CPR/First Aid

Rob Kingsley - Landscape Construction Project Manager
Rob Kingsley comes from a prior management position and also has a degree from Paul Smiths College. Rob’s professional background and tested experience has landed him at the forefront of leading operators within the industry. His expertise is working with everything from large residential lakeside designs on steep ledge ridden terrain to industrial oil spill wetland restoration. Rob has completed the following certifications: ICPI Level 1 paver installer, NYS Licensed Pesticide Applicator, BeGreen Organic Lawns,ANSI Certified CPR/First Aid

Sharon Kingsley - Office Manager
Sharon Kingsley joined Gould’s Lawn & Landscape in May of 2007, bringing a strong background in construction accounting. She is a past president of the Associated General Contractors of Vermont and served on the Board of Directors for the Vermont State Chamber of Commerce. Passionate about the outdoors and especially gardening Sharon’s green thumb makes for a perfect fit within the company.

Scott Smith - Landscape Construction Supervisor/ Project Manager
With more than 30 years of construction management experience Scott has developed a versatile skillset above and beyond industry standards. His degree of precision from design implementation, multi-site management and outside sales are excellent examples of his meticulous demand for perfection. Scott has completed the following certifications: ICPI Level 1 paver installer, ANSI Certified CPR/First Aid, Erosion & Sediment Control

Charlie Spinella - Landscape Designer
Charlie is our Licensed Landscape Architect, he has a degree from Syracuse University, a Bachelor of Science and Master of Landscape Architecture from the SUNY College of Environmental Sciences and Forestry. Michael Disorda - Tree Service Operations Manager, Arborist
Mike Disorda is Gould’s Tree Service Operation Manager and full time arborist. Mike originally met Richard Gould while studying Arboriculture at Paul Smiths College. Mike and his team of climbers and technicians are versed removing trees whether it be climbing, bucket truck, or crane assisted takedowns. He also provides stump grinding, pruning of all varieties, deep root soil injections and a Plant Health Care program. Michael has completed the following certifications: NYS Licensed Pesticide Applicator, BeGreen Organic Lawns and Ornamentals, ANSI Certified CPR/First Aid

David Ingalls - Fertilizer/Pesticide, Program ManagerDave Ingalls moved to NY from Pensacola Florida, and joined the Gould's team in April of 2000. Dave is the Fertilizer/Pesticide Program Manager. His meticulous attention to detail and knowledge of turf grass, pests, and diseases ensure lasting health, proper diagnosis and treatment solutions for any turf. Dave has completed the following certifications: NYS Licensed Pesticide Applicator, BeGreen Organic Lawns, ANSI Certified CPR/First Aid

Jennifer Jensen
Jennifer’s knowledgeable skillset within the arboricultural practice along with her years of experience in the industry is essential to promoting a healthy and viable living space. She offers an uncanny ability to implement design, cultivate, diagnosis and perform proper techniques for long term healthy aesthetics of trees of all varieties, shrubs, perennials and annuals.
